Vestliy is a curated private Vestliy that connects verified founders with verified investors. Access is reviewed and granted by the Vestliy team.

To use Vestliy you must be eligible to operate or invest in a private company in your jurisdiction, be at least 18 years old, and agree to use the Vestliy in good faith.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Vestliy may request changes, decline, or suspend a profile that appears misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate for the Vestliy.

Vestliy access is granted only after Vestliy reviews and approves your profile. Approval is at Vestliy's discretion and may be revoked.

• Introduction requests are discretionary. Vestliy reviews each request before any contact is made.
• An approved introduction is coordinated manually by the Vestliy team. No contact details are shared automatically.
• Vestliy makes no guarantee that an introduction request will be approved or that any conversation will lead to investment.

Vestliy is not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or placement agent. Nothing on Vestliy is investment advice. There is no guarantee of funding, returns, or any specific outcome.

You agree not to misrepresent yourself or your company, harass other members, scrape or resell Vestliy data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Vestliy may suspend or remove accounts at its discretion.
